Policy

Returns & Exchanges

30 days to return or exchange most items.

Returns

We're committed to 100% customer satisfaction. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them — tags on, unworn, and undamaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll email to confirm. Your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 3 business days. This policy applies to online orders. In-store purchases may be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange only (sale items ending in .98 are final sale and non-returnable).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account, then your credit card company — it can take a few business days to officially post. If it's still missing after that, email thefoundryco@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email thefoundryco@gmail.com and ship the item to: 601 Pollasky Ave, Ste. 104, Clovis, CA 93612.

Shipping returns

Continental U.S. only. Mail returns to 601 Pollasky Ave, Ste. 104, Clovis, CA 93612. You're responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping is non-refundable. For items over $75 we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.
