Do you offer gift cards?
We sure do — pick one up on our gift cards page.
Do you have any store locations?
Two in Clovis, CA. Visit us Mon–Sat 10–6 (Willow location open Sun 11–4). Full addresses and directions on our locations page.

Ordering

What size should I order?
All of our clothing is true to size unless stated otherwise. Size worn by the model is noted in each product description. Still unsure? Email thefoundryco@gmail.com.
What payment options do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express debit/credit, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We don't accept checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or multiple forms of payment per order.
Can I use a promo code with already-discounted items?
Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already-discounted or sale items.
Why was my card charged twice?
Your card should only be charged once. Multiple lines on your statement are usually your bank authorizing the charge to verify funds — those pending holds typically clear within 72 hours. Contact your bank if you have any concerns.

Returns

I need to change something on my order — how?
Email thefoundryco@gmail.com with your order number right away. Orders are usually processed within one business day, after which we can't change or cancel them. For returns, see our return policy.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Sale items ending in .98 are final and cannot be returned. Items purchased with a regular promo or discount code can be returned — see our return steps.
